We believe that a horse’s education begins at a very early age. With the correct ground manners it sets the foundation for the horses first few rides.

Light Park is a versatile breaking and education facility where Troy’s unique style is being widely accepted as producing soft, well mannered and willing horses whether you are western riding, involved in an english riding ie. dressage or hacking, want a reliable kids pony mount or involved in the racing industry. 

We pride ourselves on ensuring your horse is returned to you educated to your requirements,

Horses that come to Light Park will be both educated on the ground and in the saddle and at a time frame determined by your horse. 

Extra time will be taken for horses that need it.  Race horses will have basic flatwork and education hoping to ensure a life after racing.
